BLCS will make every effort to deliver shipments according to our regular delivery schedules; however, such schedules are not guaranteed and do not form part of this agreement.
BLCS is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays in delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Certain items are prohibited from being shipped through our services, including but not limited to:
BLCS reserves the right to refuse or return any shipment containing prohibited items.
BLCS's liability for any loss or damage to a shipment is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual value of the shipment, whichever is less.
BLCS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to BLCS within 30 days of the shipment date. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
